All orders are shipped during normal business hours and business days, except Australian National Holidays and Victoria State holidays, when our warehouse and distribution centre is closed.
Important note:
It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is given to us at time of placing the order. All fields in the online order form must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please double check all postal information prior to confirming orders. Due to our efficiency and very fast dispatch times, we cannot always ensure it can be changed. Once the parcel is in transit the delivery details cannot be altered.
